Ivory Bloom Health PLLC is an insurance-based primary care practice serving children ages 5 and up, adults, families, and seniors in Garner. We provide personalized, relationship-based care in a welcoming and supportive environment, focusing on long-term health and preventive care. Our providers take time to listen, understand your needs, and partner with you in your healthcare journey. We offer comprehensive primary care services with a preference for in-person visits, while also providing telehealth options when appropriate. We also offer flat membership pricing for individuals without insurance which covers office visits, labs and tele-visits.

At Ivory Bloom health, we prioritize patient experience and strive to ensure that physical and mental healthcare needs are addressed in a holistic approach and a collaborative fashion. Patient empowerment is critical in every phase/stage of our delivery mode.

Yes, we currently accept Medicaid NC plans. We are working to expand access so we will begin accepting several other insurances in May 2026. Please call, text or complete inquiry form to see if we accept your insurance.

We accept HSA/FSA payments towards monthly membership fees.

We also accept Carecredit, ACH payments and all major credit cards.

Yes, once you are a member, you direct access to our calendar to schedule same day, next day and preferred appointments through the membership portal which is also mobile friendly.

All initial appointments are 60-90 minutes long if needed; follow up visits range from 10 - 30 minutes.

Yes, we do.

Offering DPC to your employees and/or their families could be an added benefit to assist in recruiting and retaining the best talent for your business. We provide broad spectrum primary care + urgent care to your employees for a low monthly fee/employee. DPC has been shown to decrease employer healthcare spending by an average of 20% per employee, the volume of employers offering DPC has seen an 800% rise over the past 6 years. In addition to caring for your most important resource, we will also act to facilitate referrals to other needed medical Specialists to help you co-ordinate employee healthcare needs.
