We also offer flat membership pricing for individuals without insurance which covers office visits, labs and tele-visits.

Yes, we currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, United, Aetna and BCBS - NC plans. We are working to expand access so we will begin accepting several other insurances in May 2026. Please call, text or complete inquiry form to see if we accept your insurance.

We accept HSA/FSA payments towards monthly membership fees.

We also accept Carecredit, ACH payments and all major credit cards.

Yes, the best way to really help you is through a full visit where we can go in-depth and create a plan.
